How long does my package take?

Items typically arrive within 24-72 business hours (Monday-Friday).*

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday as long as they are before 4:00 p.m., which is the time in which the courier company passes by our warehouse to collect the packages.

If the order is placed after 4:00 p.m., it will be shipped the next day.

If the order is placed on a Friday after 4:00 p.m., it will be shipped on Monday.

On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no transport or pick-up.

in times of sales, Christmas, Black Friday, etc., delivery times may be delayed, this being the responsibility of the transport companies, since Siroco meets its deadlines and has no control over deliveries, so incidents caused by courier companies are responsibility of them.

How do I know if my order is correct?
