You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to make an exchange or a return.

You must contact us within the established period.

HOW DO YOU COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
We will send you a carrier to pick up your package, which must be in its original packaging and bagged.

WHAT IS THE COST OF THIS SERVICE?
the amount to be returned will be deducted € 3.95 for transport and handling. Remember it will be subtracted from the price of the product, not from the total price you paid since the initial shipping costs are not returned. (*)

CAN I SEND IT?
If you prefer, you can send the package to the address that we will provide you, you must bear the cost of shipping, therefore nothing will be taken from you in the return of the amount. If you want to opt for this option, tell us so we can give you the shipping address
* If you have benefited from the promotion "free shipping from € 50" and you return part of the order, or all of it, so the sum of the products that remains no longer reaches € 50, it will be discounted of the amount to return the shipping costs not charged initially (3.95 €)

HOW DO YOU GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY?
As soon as we receive the items and check that they are in perfect condition, we will refund the money.
(*) If you have benefited from the promotion "free shipping from € 50" and you return part of the order, or all of it, so the sum of the products that remains no longer reaches € 50, you it will deduct from the amount to return the shipping costs not collected along with the new shipment (€ 7.9) (This will be applicable to other promotions with free shipping)
If your purchase was paid by card, a cancellation will be made on the same payment.
If your purchase was for a refund, you must attach a paper with your bank details inside the box or on where you want the transfer to be made.
Keep in mind that if you have benefited from any discount coupon, the amount to be returned will be on what you paid and not on the basic cost of the product

DAMAGED PACKAGING
If the packaging does not arrive protected and therefore damaged, € 1 will be deducted.
The product must be in its original packaging (box, etc.)
In the case of the Balearic Islands, no collections are made (returns to the Balearic Islands are managed by the client himself and bear all the expenses generated). In case you have benefited from the promotion "free shipping from € 50" and partially or completely returns your order, not reaching the amount of € 50, you will be deducted from the amount to return the shipping costs not collected (€ 7 ).

CHANGES:
* CURRENTLY AND DUE TO THE SITUATION OF COVID-19, TRANSPORTATION COMPANIES DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGE OF MONEY, FOR SECURITY, SO IF YOU WISH TO MAKE A CHANGE, THE COST OF THIS MUST BE PAID PREVIOUSLY BY BANK TRANSFER. WE FEEL THE ANNOYANCE THAT THESE MEASURES MAY OCCUR BUT IT IS FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE.

If you want to change an item for another size or model, you must contact us within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from when you received the item. Changes have a cost of € 5 for handling and transport.

* For the Balearic Islands no changes are allowed. You must return the item (within 14 days) assuming the costs of said shipment and make a new purchase.

CHANGE BY ITEM OF DIFFERENT AMOUNT:

Exchange for lesser item:

If you have purchased an item and wish to exchange it for a lesser one, the exchange costs will be deducted (€ 5), if money still comes out in your favor, you will receive a voucher for future purchases. In no case will a refund be made.

Changes will not be made on discounted products of a lower amount. That is, if you want to exchange an item for another that is discounted and the latter is for a lower amount, the change will not be accepted (or for several products that add more) in that case you must proceed to a return and a new order, running for your account the expenses derived from them.

 Exchange for a larger item:

If the item for which you want the exchange is of a higher amount, the difference in our favor will be added to the € 5 of the exchange, thus, you must deliver to the courier along with the item an effective refund that will include the total to be paid .

DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEM:
Contact us within the established period (14 calendar days from receipt of the item) and we will take care of solving it as soon as possible and in the most comfortable way for you!
