You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to make a change or return.

You must contact us within the established period.

We will send a carrier to pick up your package, which must be in the original packaging, in perfect condition and bagged.

The Balear Islands are not collected (returns to the Balearic Islands are managed by the client himself and he bears all the expenses generated). If you have benefited from the "free shipping from €50" promotion and partially or completely return your order, which does not reach the amount of €50, you will be deducted from the amount to be returned the shipping costs not collected (€7 ).

The cost is €3.95 for transport and handling.

Remember, it will be subtracted from the price of the product, not from the total price that you paid, since the initial shipping costs are not refunded. (*)

In this case, nothing will be deducted from the refund of the amount of the product you return, except if you benefited from free shipping (*).

*If you have benefited from the "free shipping from €50" promotion and you return part of the order, or all of it, so the sum of the products that you keep (or you do not keep anything) will no longer reaches €50, shipping costs not charged initially (€3.95) will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

**If you have paid with any method that has a surcharge (Pay Pal) remember that this additional surcharge is not part of the shipping cost.

As soon as we receive the items and verify that they are in perfect condition, we will refund the money.

If your purchase was paid by card or PayPal, a cancellation will be made on the same payment. (remember that the surcharges charged by Pay Pal are not part of the shipping cost and therefore it is not returned)

(*) If you have benefited from the "free shipping from €50" promotion and return part of the order, or all of it, so the sum of the products you keep (or you do not keep anything) does not reach €50, the uncollected shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned along with the new shipment (€7.9) (This will be applicable to other promotions with free shipping)

Keep in mind that if you have benefited from a discount coupon, the amount to be returned will be based on what you paid and not on the base cost of the product.

If the packaging does not arrive protected and therefore damaged, €1 will be deducted.

If you wish to change an item for another size or model, you must contact us within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the time you received the item.

The changes have a cost of €5 for handling and transport.

*For the Balearic Islands changes are not allowed. You must return the item (within 14 days) assuming the costs of said shipment and make a new purchase.

If you have bought an item and wish to exchange it for another of lesser value, the cost of the change will be deducted (€5), if money still comes out in your favor, a voucher will be made for future purchases. In no case will money be refunded.

The changes will not be made on discounted products of a lower amount. That is to say, if you want to change an item for another that is reduced and the latter is of a lower amount, the change will not be accepted (even for several products that add up to more), in that case you must proceed to a return and a new order, running by your account the expenses derived from them.

If the item for which you wish to exchange is of a greater amount, the difference in our favor will be added to the €5 of the exchange and we will provide you with a payment link.
